I recently had the chance to review another new product from Klima Health Solutions (www.klimadeodorant.com) called Gents. Gents is an aluminum-free antiperspirant for groin and buttock sweating (genital hyperhidrosis).
While this product may not seem interesting to some of you, I am sure the millions of other people (estimated 5% of the population) that suffer from uncontrollable sweating will find that this product comes not a moment too soon.
As a very heavy groin-sweater myself (technically called genital hyperhidrosis), I thought I would be a good candidate to test the product. You may have read my recent report from when I tested the Klima Hyper Shield washable pad for genital hyperhidrosis. Klima Health Solutions usually has great products, so I was very excited to try the gel.
Gents is the world’s first genital antiperspirant. Since Gents is not simply a deodorant, it treats the odor and the wetness. This is revolutionary, as until now, no other product exited for treating this affliction. And, since Gents is aluminum-free, you don’t need to worry about over-drying or irritating the skin. Gents lasts 24 hours, so it can be applied before bed or in the morning, giving you the same results.
LABEL INSTRUCTIONS: Because Gents Antiperspirant is aluminum free, it takes longer to shrink your pores. Be patient and you will love the results. You will notice perspiration decreasing after one week of use, but full protection will occur after 4 weeks of use. Make sure you do not skip a day, or it will take longer to achieve maximum results.
Directions for Use: Depress pump twice onto fingers and massage serum into skin on inner thighs, buttocks, anus and outer genitalia: penis and testicles (for men), outer labia (for women).
Per the instructions, I applied the product to my groin area and buttock region. I made sure to use in every night for 30 nights. And while it says it takes 30 days to achieve good results, I actually noticed significant improvement after only 10 days. I would say that by day 15, roughly 50% of my sweating had stopped “down there”.
The product is for Men and Women, and has a nice clean scent that is really only noticeable when you first apply it. A bottle lasts about 60 days.
I can see great value in this product, and I appreciate that it is aluminum-free. It just wouldn’t seem right slathering aluminum all over my privates!
